When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

 

How can I track my package?

We will send you a tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply visit the shipping company's website and enter the tracking number to view the shipping status of your package.

 

Why can't I track my order on the website

Please note that tracking information will not appear for 2-5 days after it is updated.

So if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try 1-2 days later.

 

Why isn't my shipment status updated?

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Frequent delays can be caused by, for example, weather events, customs or backlogs.

What is your return policy?

If there is a problem with your order (defective product, order error, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to review it for you and if approved , we will send a replacement product. Please do not return anything until we have reviewed the case.
