Returns & Complaints

By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following policies.

cancellation

We accept cancellation of an order before the product has been shipped or produced.

We also offer an order adjustment service if your order has not yet been dispatched. If you would like to make changes to your order, please feel free to email us at Support@denkbucht.com as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Return or return

Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or resend.

You have two options:

  1. Returns : We accept returns of products dispatched by us if the product is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g. an incorrect or damaged item). Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain types of items are non-returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

For returns we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at Support@denkbucht.com for further information.

You must bear the costs for the return yourself . For quality-related returns, we can reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Items that do not meet the above criteria cannot be returned.

2.resend:

If the item is faulty due to an error on our side (e.g. wrong item), we are willing to resend the correct product for you.

If the item is defective due to transportation problems (e.g. damaged items), we can reissue a new product for you provided that you pay part of the shipping costs.

Refund (if applicable)

As soon as we have received and checked your return , we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund . If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Due to transportation problems, if you think that the return is too troublesome, the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we may bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
